THE BOX HILL UNQUENCHABLES
Box Hill Rugby Union Football Club field a team for players who are "young at heart" in the VRU masters’ grade competition.
We get together every Thursday night throughout the year from 6.30pm for an optional game of touch under lights. Only 1 rule applies "No Kicking!!!
New members to the Masters squad are very welcome. If you are over 35, or feel over 35, and are interested in playing in the Masters competition or simply want to play a game of touch on a Thursday night, please contact us or just turn up at the clubrooms. You can be assured of a warm welcome.
The Masters team also tour overseas each year. We have been regular participants at the Bangkok Veterans Competition and more recently at the Angkor Old Boys Rugby Tournament in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We also have a solid core of masters players who attend the Golden Oldies World Festival wherever it is held in the world.
